You have decided that you are interested in having your special personalized diamond made? We are more than happy to assist you in the process of creating your eternal memories.

If you are still having doubts, make sure to read the information section on our website, and contact us with any questions, doubt or queries. Feel free to do so at any stage, as we want to ensure that you are well informed throughout the process.

1. Use the order form to request a diamond. Make sure that you already know the size, color and shape of your diamond.

2. Upon receiving it, we issue you with a unique personal order ID to help track your order.

3. We then send you an ashes/hair submission kit. Use the scale to measure 300g of ashes or 10 g of hair, and place them in the box. You can also have a combined order with 200g of ashes and 5g of hair.

4. The couriers of FedEx or TNT deliver your package to our laboratory quickly and securely. Please send us the tracking number. We will inform you upon receiving it.

5. After we receive the advance payment of 50% of the price of your diamond, we begin the process. The remaining amount is due after the order is completed. Currently available payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer.

6. We then set out to grow your diamond, and will be sending you photos at the different stages of the process, as well as a one of your diamond before we ship it to you. We will insure it and have it safely delivered on a selected day. Our authorized couriers will bring your diamond to you in your home.
